Once we receive your first payment to register for the retreat we will email you a welcome letter of information about the retreat and any further payment details as necessary.
A $600 USD deposit is required to confirm your retreat booking and full retreat payment is due 60 days before the retreat begins (unless otherwise arranged). All payments are to be done via our online payment system. It is completely secure.
Cancellation: In any case with the need to cancel your retreat booking after paying the deposit we deduct a $50 administration fee and hold $550 in 'deposits holding', for you to use towards a deposit on any other MAGNIFY YOUR LIGHT retreat within a one year period.
Should you need to cancel your retreat booking after paying the full retreat amount we will refund you your payment (minus the $50 administration fee + $550 in 'deposits holding') as long as someone books to fill your place. Otherwise the complete amount is kept in 'holding' for a furure retreat within a one year period.
MAGNIFY YOUR LIGHT retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat within 21 days of the beginning date of the retreat, this will be communicated via a personalized email/phone call. All fees paid will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee and we will hold $550 in 'deposits holding', for you to use towards a deposit on any other MAGNIFY YOUR LIGHT retreat within a one year period.
