Once we receive your first payment to register for the retreat we will email you a welcome letter of information about the retreat and any further payment details as necessary.
A $500 USD deposit is required to confirm your retreat booking and full retreat payment is due 30 days before the retreat begins (unless otherwise arranged). All payments are to be done via our online payment system. It is completely secure.
POLICIES:
Deposit is strictly non-refundable, but fully transferable. Should you need to transfer your place, you will be required to find your replacement participant and arrange the transfer of your portion of payment.
Payment plans are available should this be required – by advance written request only. If payments are late and overdue, without communication on the matter, your booking will be released and non refundable.
You are responsible for and must ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover costs if your travels are cancelled due to personal illness, injury, or any unforeseeable event.
You may be required by law in your own country of origin or residency/citizenship to travel with COVID cover as a part of your travel insurance policy. You may also be required to be fully vaccinated upon leaving and reentering your country of origin. As a retreat participant, you are fully responsible for knowing the requirements and laws of travel, which could be subject to change at any time. Should you be unable to attend due to changes in your capacity to travel, any losses are to be directed to your travel insurance provider and are not the responsibility of Anastasia Williams.
60 days refund will be given minus $500 deposit.
After 60 days before travel date strictly no refunds and only a transfer and no exceptions including COVID related impact.
Please find travel insurance that supports the level of risk you are willing to take. We welcome you to find another friend to travel in your place if need be. On transferring your deposit or by paying in full you are agreeing to the above terms.
Anastasia Williams retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat within 60 days of the beginning date of the retreat, this will be communicated via a personalised email/phone call. All fees paid will be refunded minus a $500 deposit fee and we will hold $500 in 'deposits holding', for you to use towards a deposit on any other upcoming retreat within a one year period.
