retreat terms & conditions.
BOOKING & DEPOIST.
A $550 deposit (AUD, USD, or EUR depending on the retreat location) is required to secure your place. Deposits are non-refundable, however they are transferable to another Anastasia Williams retreat within 12 months should you be unable to attend.
Once your deposit is received, you will receive a welcome email with retreat information and payment details. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat begins, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. Payments can be made via our secure online payment system or bank transfer.
PAYMENT PLANS.
Flexible payment plans are available upon written request in advance.
If scheduled payments are missed without communication, your booking may be released and payments made will remain non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE.
Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, injury, and any unforeseen events that may prevent travel. Travel requirements and insurance coverage may vary by country and may change at any time. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the travel requirements of their country of residence and destination. If you are unable to attend due to travel restrictions, illness, or other personal circumstances, any financial losses must be claimed through your travel insurance provider.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
If you cancel your retreat booking:
More than 60 days before the retreat start date. You will receive a refund of payments made minus the $550 deposit.
Within 60 days of the retreat start date: Payments are non-refundable, however your place may be transferred to another participant. If transferring your place, you are responsible for finding the replacement participant and arranging the payment transfer.
RETREAT CANCELLATION.
Anastasia Williams Retreats reserves the right to cancel a retreat if necessary. In the unlikely event this occurs, all retreat payments will be refunded minus the $550 deposit, which will be held as a credit toward a future retreat within 12 months. Participants will be notified directly via email or phone.

By submitting your deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
