Naam Yoga and Meditation:

A rich, diverse and integrative practice. Weaving the elements of movement/asana + breath + mudra + mantra/sound/vocal vibration + rhythm + meditation, together invigorating and enlivening the flow of the intelligence, wisdom and life force throughout your entire being. An incredibly revitalizing practice for your body, mind, emotions, energy, and soul. This class will vary in physical intensity from class to class and is open to all.

 

Naam Pranayama and Meditation:

A deeper dive into the specifics of breathing and the vast practices of pranayama. A class to explore the healing benefits of breathwork. Breath is our connection with life: enabling strong, clear and radiant health, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. This class will round out with a sound vibration/mantra meditation.

 

Naam Sukshma Vyayama:

A practice very new to the West from the Himalayas. It incorporates standing postures with rhythmic and rejuvenating breathing techniques to open the meridians (energy channels) and remove all blocks in the body. With a powerful combination of micro-movements and breath retentions the body, mind, and emotions experience detoxification, strengthening, and revitalization. Activating and strengthens the body's self-healing capacities. Nourishing the connections of wholeness, clarity, and expansion. Throughout some of the postures, we incorporate sound/vocal vibration and we will round the class out with a sound vibration/mantra meditation.

 

Naam Restorative:

A practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through supported passive stretching. Balance your nervous system, boost your immune system and quiet our mind. Melts your stress away. Bringing more softness and generosity to balance the yang of our modern lives. Take this time to recover, rest and realign your inspired self in all ways. This class will round out with a sound vibration/mantra meditation.
