Hi, I’m Anastasia, mother, integrative coach, healer, retreat facilitator, and the creator of Resonance Yoga. With over 20 years of experience in movement, energy work, and somatic healing, I’ve been guiding students since 2003 through practices that reconnect them to their innate vitality and wisdom. From New York to Bali, Hong Kong to Sydney, my classes and programs have supported women and seekers to return home to themselves in meaningful and lasting ways. My approach is intuitive, grounded, heart-led, and devoted to your empowerment.

1. Do I need to attend live or can I watch the replays?
You’re welcome to join us live or watch the replays at a time that suits you. Each session will be available for 7 days so you can revisit the practices at your own pace.
2. How much time should I set aside each day?
Each main practice runs between 45–60 minutes. You’ll also receive simple breath and reflection tools to weave into your day. You can choose how deeply you want to immerse yourself depending on your schedule.
3. Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. The practices are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're brand new or returning to your mat after time away, you’ll be gently guided with clarity and care.
4. What do I need to participate?
A quiet space, your device to stream the videos, a yoga mat or cushion, and a willingness to show up for yourself. Some optional additions: a journal, blanket, or eye covering for rest.
5. What kind of results can I expect from this 5-day journey?
While everyone’s experience is different, you can expect to feel more grounded, spacious, and attuned to your own energy. Many participants notice increased vitality, clearer intuition, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to their inner guidance—even after just a few days.
